For the 10th year in a row, ̨Íå²Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Community College hosted special education field day for ̨Íå²Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ County students on May 1.
Students from ̨Íå²Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ County schools throughout the district gathered at Gene Murphy Field at Joe Renfroe Stadium on the Raymond Campus for a series of fun and games that included popcorn, snow cones and a sack lunch as a way to end the school year.
̨Íå²Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Community College employees and students volunteered to help with the games. The highlight of the annual event is the wheel chair race. ̨Íå²Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ students and employees pushed students in jogging chairs on the track.
